At least she has pants on! )

‘Exhibitionism’ is probably the wrong word, but it’s what came to mind.
raspberryrain: (weary)

I’m not completely happy with this, but I'm at a point where I just want to get something posted.

Different background, different postwork effects, but the same arm & hand positions as Kayce had in yesterday's shot.

“The character of Jenny Everywhere is available for use by anyone, with only one condition. This paragraph must be included in any publication involving Jenny Everywhere, in order that others may use this property as they wish. All rights reversed.”

Yeah, I keep going to the pool and not even getting in the water, or something.

Well, metaphorically. I have been lazy about my art, and really lazy about putting art and writing together.

I did do a fair bit of artwork last week, just not what I was planning to do.

The last few days I’ve been distracted. I took apart my working computer to clean the heat sink, and ran antivirus scans, stuff like that.

Today I’m just going to post a different angle of Thursday’s swimming scene. Maybe tomorrow or the next day I can have something more creative.

Coming up on three years of this blog!

I’m actually really pleased with how Kayce’s wet skin came out. I had worried.

For a quick, early render, this took a bigger chunk of morning than I planned, but it looks good.

Sorry, still no comic. I got sidetracked.

Look, a background! There should be some buildings around as well, but I’ll skip that for today.

cut for size )

OK, I’m not officially bringing back the daily renders. But I am trying again to have a more productive regular schedule. I recognise that my bad mood two months ago led to me not actually ‘rebuilding’ anything; maybe I really needed a break, though.

Clearly, having a deadline makes a great deal of difference to me. So I’m trying to figure out what the best level of output for me will be. Can I do three strips a week? Two? How many extra renders? How many days off?

I’ve tried this before and failed, sadly. But I’ll try again, and again even if I fail this time.

Tall ladies

Kayce and Candy are both very tall. Sometime I'll have to stick them in a scene with the short folks (like me) so you can really see what I mean.

A bit late, but here’s a comic for May Day.
Elaine has a very American attitude toward the seasons.
