Still not doing new renders, but I shopped this out of previous work to crop a Twitter icon from, & I guess I can post it.

Which is better? Or would you prefer the wider angle shot these were cropped from, that shows more of the big wings?

Am working on phone wallpaper sizes. This may be a waste of my time.

Thoughts/feelings?
If you download a wallpaper for your smartphone, do you want...
just a big image to crop?
choice of alternative resolutions?
a crop already chosen for you?
something else?

"Angel Nia"

I've been publishing work at relatively small dimensions for a long time. But this was actually shot at higher resolution for a wallpaper design, so even this version at "Instagram dimensions" is both cropped and scaled down.

“Let’s see if Tumblr makes me before I decide how to censor this.”
It did, though it displays on blog, at least for me.

A wee modesty cloud was enough to let it on dashboard.

Let's try this again with a different camera angle. A better angle on the angel? Maybe?

I᾿m not sure about the patterning on the arm wings. That was what the default the model came with; I may change the highlights.
I am actually really pleased with the material effects of the overlapping halos, which I came up with this morning.
I also stitched together that boot pattern from a couple of different existing textures today.

On the 31st, I posted an image of Marisol as seen by trick-or-treaters on Hallowe'en:

Coming back to this...(NSFW) Marisol as seen by her man on Hallowe'en night. )

How she fit those wings in the house I’m not sure. There’s a reason I tagged the image “surreal.”

Happy Hallowe'en!
