July picnic conversation, sketch 1

I feel lately like I’ve forgotten how to make a comic. Anyway, this is sort of a setup for a comic I thought I was going to do Sunday. Today (Tuesday) I actually started putting the scene together. For today’s daily render, I took a shot & slapped a makeshift background behind it.

I don’t suppose I really care enough to finish the original comic idea now. In hindsight I’m not exactly happy with my original idea.
